Fighting Fund total £16,000
TRUST 'FIGHTING FUND' FOR LIVINGSTON FC
Our club has been saved from the threat of liquidation thanks to the hard work and committment of the LFL Trust Board, and the rescue deal put together by the Livi5 consortium. However, many supporters are wondering what they can do as individuals to help the club.
The Livi
'Fighting Fund' was established during our months in crisis for donations from fans, sponsors, local businesses, and anyone else who wishes to help the club get back on its feet. All donations to this fund are paid into the Trust bank account, and the Fund has already been used to assist with the work required in securing the future of our club. The Trust accounts are audited annually, under the rules of Supporters Direct and the FSA, so you can rest assured that your donations will be fully accounted for, and will be used appropriately.
The Trust Board has set an initial target of £20,000, with further targets identified over the next two seasons. To help fans keep up to date we have added this totaliser. There is an agreement in place with the club that money donated from the fund will go towards acquisition of shares in the club and when we reach our first £20,000 target this will become formalised in share purchase and a seat on the board.
We need as many fans as possible to dig deep for Livi, and we have a range of ways you can make your contribution.

FIGHTING FUND SPENDING TO DATE
The Fighting Fuind has already been put to good use with a range of spending targets at the Club. Thank you to everyone who has donated, and helped the Club with the sponsorship and investment listed below.
YOUTH KIT
All Livingston FC Youth squads have been equipped with new kit, thanks to the Fighting Fund.
CLUB MERCHANDISE
The Club shop continues to thrive with a range of club souvenirs and merchandise thanks to the tie-up between Livingston FC and the Trust. LFL have had a range of core merchandise items manufactured on the club's behalf, and have now helped stock the shop with three seperate investments. Under the arrangement, the Trust will fund the purchase of the stock in return for shares, while the club will have the opportunity to turn a profit on the retail sale to supporters.
"It's a win-win situation for both the club and the Trust," said LFC chief executive, Ged Nixon. "By channelling monies from their 'Fighting Fund' to the club through this project and others to follow, they will get the opportunity to increase the shareholding they currently have. From the club's point of view we can generate a profit when the stock is sold on to supporters, which is especially vital now we are operating as a full time club in the Third Division."
